Cinnamon Rolls

The cinnamon rolls are frozen and unbaked. Allow the cinnamon rolls to thaw in the refrigerator overnight and then let proof on the counter 2 hours before baking until the rolls are no longer cool and centers are puffed. Preheat the oven to 350° and put the pan of cinnamon rolls on the center rack. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and easily pull apart from each other. Optional: Pour ¼ cup of whipping cream over the cinnamon rolls before placing in the oven for softer rolls.

In the meantime, let the cream cheese frosting come to room temperature to make it easier to spread. When the cinnamon rolls are done baking, pull out and immediately spread the cream cheese frosting on the cinnamon rolls.Recommended: Cinnamon rolls are best served warm, but if you are saving it for later, you should not add the cream cheese frosting until you reheat in an oven at 350° for 15 minutes and spread the frosting after they are done reheating.
