As anyone who is gluten-free knows, going out to eat comes with its own set of challenges. You are often scouring the menu, only to find it's the sugar-laden or bland options that are available to those who are gluten intolerant. Laureen's dream of a wholly gluten-free bakery was inspired by several of her family member's struggle to find desserts that they were able to enjoy.

 

Wren's Nest Baking Co. was born out of a passion for elevating gluten-free baked goods with quality ingredients and flavor that even gluten-lovers will keep coming back for. In an attempt to replicate traditionally glutenous baked goods, gluten-free foods have hidden behind too much sugar for years. Here at Wren's Nest, we took a different approach - highlighting each ingredient that makes our menu naturally gluten-free. We make it our mission to be a destination for stellar baked goods that just so happen to be gluten-free.
